Are you currently managing a complaint, contemplating a complaint, or completed a complaint? Your experience is vital to ensure the MoneyGuard platform aligns to the public reality.

You have the option of completing a detailed confidential survey (35 questions, ~10–15 minutes). You’ll receive a PDF summary of key responses for your records.

This collation is not advice, but many find it informative and useful as a baseline before moving forward.

Industry subscribers

As an industry specialist, you’re invited to participate in our Quality Audit Program, ensuring the platform and app align with real-world needs in your sector.

How the process works

  1. Stage 1: Industry SurveyAfter subscribing, receive an optional survey tailored to your organisation type. Responses are anonymous and inform MoneyGuard Phase 1.
  2. Stage 2: Deep Dive AnalysisParticipate in an in-depth review of chapters, guides, and templates so the platform fits your workflows and the needs of your organisation and clients.

Individual (General public) subscribers

As a member of the general public supporting MoneyGuard’s development, you’ll be invited to an optional anonymous survey about the financial sector, complaints, and money-management issues.
